Fit Camp

This class is suitable for all levels of fitness. It is a great way to build your fitness levels up at your own pace.
It is a 60 minute workout targeting the entire body using interval style training. No equipment needed all body weight exercises.

In our kettle bell classes we’ll show to how to use them, provide you with new exercises to try and create a workout format combining cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training that’s easy to follow with progression options. Boxercise

Boxercise

Boxercise with Brooky isn’t just your average boxing class. It is an exercise based class of a high intensity combining interval training with boxing techniques based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit.

Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical session generally includes shadow-boxing, skipping, pad techniques, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. Our boxercise class is aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness levels. The class does not involve the physical hitting of an opponent, therefore it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.

We are also home and official trainers of the Wakefield Ultra white collar boxing in which a separate more specialised contact training is offered if this is more for you.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp

The Boot camp with Marina class workouts can vary. They generally include a fairly intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements within each class session prowlers/ tyres /ropes/ a boot camp workout is essentially a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. this is one of hardest classes, are you up for the challenge?
