Our classes are all included within our monthly membership packages at no extra cost or can be paid per class for anyone who is not an Astar member.

One for the early birds!
Join us for strength and conditioning every Monday morning with Marina. As with all our classes, Marina is a fully qualified Hyrox coach.
This class is a structured workout session designed to improve overall fitness by focusing on strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility.

A cardio based class with a mixture of weights and total body strength training designed to build athletic strength, increase muscle tone, and push you to get fitter and stronger for everyday life.
The creative movement and structure mean that at the same time as building muscle, you lift your heart rate and improve athleticism and power. This is strength training like never before, drawing on the best of full body conditioning and performance training.
These workouts will transform the way you train. You work hard, challenging your body with new movements and combinations that will get you fit and strong for life. A great way to get the best of both worlds. From ski ergs to burpees, bicep curls to squats we have you covered !!!

Here at Astar we thought a stretch and Mobility class would be a great addition to our class timetable in order to enhance flexibility and as a preventative injury method.
While-ever our bodies our doing high intensity functional movements it is important that we stay mobile and take the proper steps to make sure we recover correctly. We see a lot of restrictions in movement due to joints not allowing it which is where stretch and mobility is key. It also adds a different element to the classes and a lot of our members like to use it as active rest.
Suitable for everyone from first time gym goers to professional athletes.

These Metabolic conditioning style workouts are designed to improve your body’s energy systems, primarily the aerobic and anaerobic systems, in order to enhance overall fitness and endurance.
Our Hyrox Shock class workouts include exercises like sprinting, rowing, jumping, weightlifting, and bodyweight movements, such as burpees, push-ups, and squats. The goal is to push yourself to a high level of intensity and elevate your heart rate, ultimately improving your metabolic capacity and cardiovascular fitness. It’s known for its effectiveness in burning calories, increasing stamina, and building strength and is a great way to challenge participants both physically and mentally.
Whether you’re a seasoned fitness enthusiast or a newcomer looking to challenge yourself, this class is designed to accommodate participants of all fitness levels. If it’s a competition you are working towards, this class provides you with all the tips and tricks to help you prepare.
